Judit Rimler graduated at the Economic University of Budapest in 1960. She defended her thesis on growth analysis with mathematical methods for being "candidate of economics" in 1974. She wrote a book about wasting of human talents with which she earned the title "doctor of economic science" in 1992. Now she is working as an economic adviser at the Economic Research Centerof Hungarian Academy of Sciences.
