Eva Ozsvald is a senior research fellow at the Institute of Economics. She graduated from the Karl Marx University in Budapest in 1975, continued her studies at the Europe Institute of the University of Amsterdam and received her Ph.D. degree in economics at the Pécs University. During the 1970s and 1980s her main research subjects were in the field of international trade. After spending four years in Japan (1988-1992) Eva Ozsvald's research interest has become focused on the Japanese economy and economic history and on comparative economic system analysis.
