Nándor Németh is Junior Research Fellow at the Institute of Economics of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences in Budapest where he has been working since 2003. He graduated from the Faculty of Science of Eötvös Loránd University in 2000. Since that time he has been a PhD-student here at the Department of Regional Geography. He is a geographer, he studies regional science. He specialized in differencies of regional development and changes of the regional structure of Hungary. The main subjects of his PhD thesis are the social and economical impacts of the enlargement of the Hungarian motorway network. He has participated in contract work for different Hungarian governmental agencies. He teaches at Eötvös Loránd University.
